We’re seeking a Clone Propagation Tech and Mother Stock who Maintains ownership of all mother and clone tasks, processes, and ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with standards set by the state of Michigan. You will be committed to success to ensure we are growing a team that aligns with our core values. Ultimately, operating with a compliance mindset and perform regular compliance checks to ensure all plant waste is being tracked, plants are properly tagged and accounted for, and all regulations are being followed.

Commercial Experience Required

• Must be 21+, with a valid State ID, and able to pass additional background screening.
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic

Job Description / Duties:

Clone Propagation/Mother Stock

• Properly and precisely executes slicing of clones to ensure quality cuts.
• Pull clones while looking for signs of pests, diseases, mold, or rot.
• Prune stock clones to provide cuttings for propagation.
• Maintain a clean area upon completion of assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Potential for some overtime and/or weekends.
• Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to defined SOP’s
• Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to policy, as well as any other tasks required
• Assists the Head Grower with crop planning, coordinating, and overseeing the cuttings schedule to ensure correct quantity and variety of strains are selected for cuttings.-
• Perform regular compliance checks to ensure all plant waste is being tracked, plants are properly tagged and accounted for, and all regulations are being followed.

• Commercial Experience Required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Efficient in Excel and Word
• Ability to problem solve
• State of Michigan Cannabis regulations knowledge required
• Strong attention to detail
• Always follow standard operating procedures in a safe and compliant manner
