Our rapidly growing facilities demand skilled and talented people to help us expand and increase efficiencies throughout front and back-end operations. We’re seeking a Cultivation Administrative Assistant who provide high-level support to the Cultivation team and management. Ideally, the candidate of choice would have previous experience working in a cultivation facility and/or administrative assistance. Responsibilities range from onboarding new employees to ensuring all supplies are onsite when required for use during the cultivation process. Ultimately, they will play an important part in building a strong work environment for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.

  • Must be 21+, with a valid State ID, and able to pass additional background screening.
  • High level of integrity and a strong work ethic

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.

  • Create & Manage Leaflink Inventory & Listings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Provide customer service and support to clients.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Track customer data and trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • Ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Job Type: Full-time:

Salary: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
